May the 4th was with you, but May the 5th brings us emperors of groove. Dylan Griffin has embarked on a long hike up to Sydney from Melbourne ready take Watson’s EQ by storm with his sonically subby grooves. Leaves will not be the only thing dropping, deep and dirty dance floor bombs are all set for landing as we roll into the final month of Autumn. With Dylan taking the cake for our first endeavour of May, the Melburnian is joined by some of our dear friends embarking on a journey. The RaW boys are back in business, taking a step away from their raging rave after hours haven, and trad-en it in to slide us through the sunset slot in the Watson's EQ courtyard. They’ve dished up some fine platters in the past and have prepared a full discourse consisting of equal parts Deep, Dark, & Dirty to ensure your legs don't hurty before the main sauce. Ross Mvnro comes down from the Newest of Castles, the producer wizkid has been baking away, and has brought down some of his freshest creations to grace your ears just before sunset. Like Ross, Splak! Is just a hop, skip and a jump away in Newcastle. Splak joins us in the earliest of hours to make his daybut and open things up in the courtyard. By Night see’s the infamous Ritmiq take control as the clock strikes midnight. Carousel’s red abyss awaits his return, as each entry is better than the last, proving time and time again that his residency is well deserved. With recent endeavours up to Cairns last long weekend with Alexia Glensy, Ritmiq most certainly means business. As the treacherous travels continue, Myndgame takes a stroll up north with Wollongong being left behind. His appearances recently speak volumes as he steps into Carousel to close out the night. Hammy J makes his Carousel debut but returns for the open. His ear for groove will absolutely get you in the mood for a big night ahead of one-two steps.
