LUNACY returns on October 12th with another taste of the BIG APPLE and our first return guest......UMA DJ IS BACK! After ripping the lid off the place last time, we have invited her back for an all night long affair upstairs! An NYC native, UMA DJ has been raised on international dance floors by her DJ father, Tom of England, and musical sommelier mother, Catsilk Mountain. Steeping in deep house, dub and disco since birth, Uma’s style sits somewhere in between exploring new sounds and maintaining the old-school magic To pull it all together downstairs we invite Katie Pearson, Lily July and Christiano – holding the vibe ‘til late! In throwing this party, we want to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which this event takes place, the Boon Wurrung and Woiwurrung (Wurundjeri) peoples of the Kulin Nation. We pay respect to their Elders, past, present and emerging. We extend this respect to the Aboriginal Elders of other communities and all First Nations peoples.
