RA ticket sales have closed. Remaining tickets available via bit.ly/10yearsofleclub Door sales from 4pm ~ Welcome ~ back ~ to lé Club! Wait, what!! Remember us? It’s been a literal decade since this cheeky little party first (double) dropped onto the Connies dance floor in April 2014*. We may have had an unusually long hibernation thanks to that pesky pandemic, but it’s finally time to go back to lé Club! Anniversary? Birthday? Reunion? Whatever it is, we’re using this as an excuse for a engorgeous party (or three!) We’re starting where we left off, welcoming back our fave beauties / supremes / MOTHERS: TAMA SUMO & LAKUTI (DE) To kick things off in proper fashion! But this time we’re dragging you out of the club and into to the deeply shady and expertly manicured front garden of thee *Fremantle Arts Centre* …for a respectful, age-appropriate sundowner! (not!) SATURDAY 6 APRIL, 4 - 10pm More details to cum! **EXTREMELY LIMITED PRESALE TIX ON SALE NOW** And don't forget your towel! ----- *A little backstory ~ lé Club ran intermittently and erratically for 31 parties between 2014 and (cw) 2020 before a premature eradication caused by she-who-must-not-be-named. A collaboration between notechno bros Good Company & aging queen The Monarchy, lé Club was wacky, indulgent, and also a little bit cute in the right lighting?? Our home was the legendary Connections Nightclub and over the years we had the pleasure of welcoming acts like Hunee, Prosumer, Avalon Emerson, Danny Krivit, Theo Parrish, Yu Su, The Fett Bros, DJ Sprinkles, Hashman Deejay, Cormac and many, many more. We celebrated good, bad and WTF drag with performers like Ash Baroque, Betty Grumble and Justin Shoulder. And our dancers always knew just what exactly to do! So lé Clubbers, welcome back, to lé Club! We’ve missed you! ----- We gratefully acknowledge the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation as the traditional owners of the land on which we gather. Land which was never ceded. We stand and pay respect to Elders past, present, and extend that respect to all young leaders. Always was and always will be: Aboriginal Land. Free entry for First Nations people. Please email us at goodcompanyperth(at)gmail(dot)com or DM @goodcoperth on Instagram.
