Like a flash of light in the dark or a dream it dawn, Ephemera is here to create a night momentary yet unforgettable. For one night only, Angel Music Bar transforms into a haven for lovers of rare grooves, soulful music & collective euphoria. Headlining this journey is none other than the incredible Marcel Vogel. As the founder of Lumberjacks In Hell, he’s built a label that celebrates the soulful, funky & deeply personal side of dance music. It’s an honour to have him guide the floor on this special night. Joining Marcel in the dance are two local selectors bringing their dance floor flavours to the party upstairs. Miles Ahead will be warming up the floor with a selection of jazz-tinged grooves and uplifting house & disco, while Tong, will close out the dance, moving through Jackin’ Chicago sounds, deep Detroit groovers and soulful New York glam. Downstairs the vibe will be curated by a cast of distinctive talents - Gay Socialist Cowboy, Floss Dogg & Max Hammur (UK). Expect a mix of offbeat treasures and unexpected delights from these three selectors - different in their styles yet alike in talent.
