BTHC presents Steppin Out

Bad Taste House Collective returns to the courtyard, looking ahead with a lineup of Meanjin’s brightest dance selectorz. Follow that four to the floor beat to the dancefloor, for collaborative DJ sets to keep you on your feet and big reunions to provide the smiles. We’ll let them do their introducing ~ “Hello! It's been a while. We thought we'd step back into the mix. As an ode to the Bad Taste sessions of old, we're bringing some of the finest local products. We've got Juno, a well-travelled DJ on the rise. With a background in contemporary dance, she won't have any trouble locking you into a groove and inviting you to move. Next up, we've got the ever busy, Tullio and Update Prayer. Two extremely varied selectors with bags of wit and charm. Chances are you've danced to them before, so dance to them again! Idle Air is the last but not least guest for this happening. Brisbane's premier loveable goofball. Will he go left, will he go right? Whatever it is it'll sound good! Unsurprisingly two dinguses from the Bad Taste brand will also be present (New Age Man & Space Man). There is every chance we will also make some nice sonic choices.
